FAQs
-
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET STARTED WITH AN ASSISTANT?
After our initial consultation, we typically match you with a suitable assistant within 1–2 business days. You’ll meet them to confirm the fit before work begins.
-
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PA AND A VA?
A PA (Personal Assistant) provides in-person support (e.g., attending meetings, running errands etc.) A VA (Virtual Assistant) handles tasks remotely via phone/email, ideal for digital admin or nationwide support.
-
ARE THERE TASKS YOUR ASSISTANTS CAN’T DO?
Yes. While our assistants handle most administrative, personal, and business tasks, VAs cannot perform legally regulated roles (e.g., accounting, legal advice) or replace full-time employees. We’ll clarify limitations upfront.
-
HOW DO YOU ENSURE CONFIDENTIALITY?
All assistants are required to sign NDAs before any work begins, as well as being trained in discretion and GDPR compliance. We’re registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, and contracts include strict confidentiality clauses.
-
DO YOU WORK WITH SMALL BUSINESSES OR ONLY LARGER COMPANIES?
We specialise in supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs, while also partnering with larger enterprises, tailoring our services to each client’s unique needs and budget.
-
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE IN AN ASSISTANT?
Absolutely. Our talent pool includes assistants with diverse skill sets—from event planning to CRM management. Share your requirements, and we’ll match you accordingly.
